Hiring range: $63,000–$68,000+ depending on experience. Schedule: 4 on 4 off; weekdays 2pm–midnight, weekends 12pm–10pm.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in transportation and fleet operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide drivers with customer contact info and directions.
• Plan and assign loads to maximize driver/equipment utilization.
• Monitor driver hours of service and regulatory compliance before dispatch.
• Manage mileage expectations based on account objectives or weekly goals.
• Track drivers on high-security loads and ensure policy compliance.
• Respond to inquiries from drivers, customers, and suppliers during and after business hours.
