This full-time, 3rd shift overnight role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and teamwork. You will work with driver and helper dispatch, maintain maintenance records, and generate timely reports for supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft for record-keeping and scheduling.
• Windows experience with Excel, Word, and Access preferred.
• Two years in a similar dispatch role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily records and filing for Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
• Develop and update driver and helper dispatch schedules daily.
• Ensure DOT hours of service compliance.
• Set up daily tractor/trailer assignments for drivers.
• Verify roadworthiness and maintain tractor/trailer records.
• Call customers to inform them of delivery variances.
• Provide timely reports to supervisor.
