Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience at a major hotel is preferred.
• Bilingual ability is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Courteously open doors and assist guests arriving and departing the property.
• Inform guests of property amenities, services, hours, and local areas of interest with directions as needed.
• Provide luggage assistance and coordinate transportation for guests.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with concierge and VIP services to meet guest needs and requests.
