Job summary

W.B. Mason is hiring an overnight Loader to support our logistics operations. This full-time role involves loading customer orders, preparing pallets, and ensuring timely truck loading on the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday) with a 10% shift differential.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy and safety throughout the shift. Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask while lifting up to 75 lbs+.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Outstanding English communication (verbal, reading, writing).
• Ability to meet deadlines while following safety and security procedures.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift/move 75 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• As a Loader, assemble customer orders and place on pallets for distribution.
• Ensure trucks are loaded on schedule and in top condition.
• Update team leads to prevent disruptions and maintain efficiency.
