Job summary

BURNCO Rock Products Inc. is seeking a Loader Operator for our Texas Aggregates team in Bridgeport. You will safely operate front-end loaders to load customer and raw materials while maintaining product quality and a safe work environment.

The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, strong math skills, and willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends. You will perform routine equipment maintenance, adhere to MSHA safety policies, and support hazard-free operations across our sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and math skills required.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor finished product piles for oversized material and contamination.
• Load customer trucks accurately with correct materials and quantities.
• Operate equipment to load raw material from the pit into the hopper at targeted production rates.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning, daily inspections, fueling, and greasing equipment.
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Follow MSHA and company safety policies.
• Identify and report safety hazards and participate in safety meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
