BURNCO Texas, LLC is hiring a Yard Helper for our Aggregates team in Texas. This full-time, field-based role at our Bridgeport site involves overnight 12‑hour shifts and working outdoors in varied weather.

You will support material handling, equipment operation, and safety inspections to help meet daily production goals while following MSHA and company safety standards. Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, be self-motivated, and able to work independently or in small

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and shovels.
• Welding skills and heavy machinery experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tasks such as material handling, equipment operation, and yard cleanup.
• Support equipment operators and operate machinery safely.
• Conduct basic maintenance and repairs, and use hand tools to complete daily work.
• Follow safety policies and report issues to the Foreman.
• Complete required documentation and assist with plant improvements.
