Job summary

W.B. Mason Company Inc. is hiring a full-time Loader for our overnight team.

You will power the logistics by assembling orders, loading pallets, and ensuring trucks depart on schedule. The 3rd shift runs Sunday through Thursday with Fridays and Saturdays off and includes a 10% shift differential. Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license, strong attention to detail, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are required.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal, reading, writing).
• Must complete work on time and follow safety procedures.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to regularly lift and move 75 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Assembles customer orders and places them on pallets for distribution.
• Ensures trucks are loaded on schedule and in top condition.
• Keeps team leads updated to prevent disruptions during shifts.
• Packs and preps goods, maintaining efficient loading at the dock.
