Job summary

W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time Loader to support our overnight operations. The role involves loading essential products, assembling orders on pallets, and ensuring timely truck loading.

You will work the 3rd shift Sunday through Thursday with Friday and Saturday nights off, plus a 10% shift differential. You should have a valid driver’s license, strong attention to detail, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Outstanding communication skills in English, including verbal, reading, and writing.
• Ability to complete work on time, following safety and security procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to regularly lift and move 75lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Assemble customer orders accurately and place them on pallets for distribution.
• Ensure trucks are loaded on schedule and in top condition.
• Update team leads to prevent disruptions.
• Pack and prep, loading orders leaving the dock.
