W.B. Mason Company Inc. is seeking a full-time Loader to support our growing operations.

This overnight, 3rd shift role runs Sunday through Thursday nights with Friday and Saturday off, and includes a 10% shift differential. As a Loader you will assemble customer orders on pallets, ensure timely truck loading, and communicate with team leads to keep the logistics workflow smooth. The role requires lifting 75lbs+, a valid driver's license, and strong English communication in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Assemble customer orders and place on pallets for distribution.
• Load trucks on schedule and ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Update team leads to prevent disruptions in workflow.
