W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Loader for overnight operations in Cranston, RI. You will assemble orders, place them on pallets, and ensure trucks are loaded on schedule with accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with accuracy in order packing.
• Excellent English communication (verbal, reading, writing).
• Ability to meet deadlines while following safety procedures.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must regularly lift 75 lbs or more.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble customer orders and place on pallets for distribution.
• Ensure trucks are loaded on schedule and in top condition.
• Juggle tasks and update team leads to prevent disruptions.
• Load and prep orders leaving the dock.
