Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; plus 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience preferred.
• Completion of a tractor-trailer driving school acceptable in lieu of, or in addition to, high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports product from warehouse to customer location and ensures timely delivery as per route and invoices.
• Completes paperwork per guidelines (DOT logs, inspections, maintenance reports, and invoices).
• Follows food safety protocols and maintains proper temperatures in the vehicle.
• Maintains equipment and communicates route or loading deviations to management.
• Develops good customer relationships and provides courteous service.
• Works schedule as required, including overtime, to meet customer needs.
