Job summary

Sysco is seeking a professional tractor-trailer driver to safely transport and deliver products from the warehouse to customer locations, unloading as required and maintaining accurate delivery documentation.

The role requires a Valid Class A CDL, a high school diploma or GED, and English proficiency for reports. Experience is preferred; overnight work and overtime may be required to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year tractor-trailer driving experience preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL license required; must be insurable.
• English language literacy sufficient for DOT logs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports product from warehouse to customer locations.
• Delivers on schedule and unloads products as required.
• Completes all paperwork according to DOT and company guidelines.
• Maintains product safety and sanitary conditions in vehicle and storage areas.
• Communicates deviations to management and assists with route planning.
