Avera Health is seeking an Overnight Lead | Housekeeper in Sioux Falls, SD to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across patient rooms, offices, and common areas. You will lead night shift operations, mentor staff, and ensure supplies are stocked and tasks are allocated efficiently.

The role requires the ability to work the specified night hours, attention to detail, and good communication. Night pay is available and a $500 SOB may apply for qualifying staff.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains a clean/neat environment in working area. These areas may include, but not be limited to: patient rooms, terminals, offices, nurse's stations, lounges, hallways, bathrooms, kitchen areas, elevators, and lobby areas.
• Participates in all cleaning activities as assigned. These may include, but not be limited to dusting, washing, drying, mopping, vacuuming, moving furniture, and emptying trash.
• Keeps assigned area fully stocked with supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining stock on individual cleaning carts including wet and dry supplies.
• Maintain good customer relations at all times by demonstrating a good rapport and cooperative working relationship with employees, all departments, coworkers and other pertinent staff.
• Responsible for managing workload and delegating tasks as needed to other staff members.
• Maintain competency and serve as a Resource to staff members as needed.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is listed below. Actual pay rate dependent upon experience.

$18.00 - $22.00

Position Highlights

Monday- Friday 10:00pm-6:30am; 80 hours 2 weeks

Every other weekend and holiday

A Brief Overview

Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:

• High School or GED Equivalent
