Allina Health is seeking a Laboratory Operations leader for the Central Lab Core Lab in Minneapolis. This 1.0 FTE overnight role combines 50% administrative duties with 50% bench work, and no weekend requirements.

You will supervise staff, coordinate training, ensure regulatory compliance, and help manage budgets and service targets. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related science, 2–5 years of non-waived/moderate-high complexity testing experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology/Clinical Lab Science or in Chemical, Physical, or Biological Science
• 2–5 years of experience performing non-waived testing and tests of moderate to high complexity in applicable specialty area
• CLIA Defined Qualifications: § 493.1413
• General supervisor qualifications
