Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory/medical technology science.
• 4+ years of experience including high complexity testing in a clinical laboratory setting.
• 2+ years in a role with progressively increasing responsibilities.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations and supervision of staff.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, OSHA, and other applicable regulations.
• Provide technical expertise and liaison to internal and external entities as needed.
• Maintain, monitor, and improve the Quality Management program across the lab.
• Lead staff training, competency evaluation, and performance reviews.
