Qualifications

• MLS certification or equivalent; 3+ years lab experience; 4+ years management.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operational performance in the lab.
• Directs process improvements to meet quality targets.
• Manages budgets, staffing, and regulatory compliance.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates staff; conducts performance reviews.
