Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or related field or Health, Education, and Welfare (HEW) equivalency exam with seven years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of Laboratory experience
• 4+ years of progressive management accountability

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations in support of all facets of the laboratory operation.
• Manages staff including scheduling, performance management and fostering employee engagement.
• Develops and manages budgets, meets customer service levels and regulatory requirements.
