Responsibilities

• Advanced knowledge of EMR and LIS to place orders, receive and route specimens, track and label specimens, and query test results.
• Maintains competency and performs waived and/or moderately complex diagnostic testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Microbiology, and Molecular Diagnostics.
• Provides clerical, administrative, and customer service support; answers phones and assists nursing staff, physicians, couriers and patients.
