Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Huntington to oversee kitchen operations, ensuring top quality food and service. You will lead the restaurant team during opening, prep, and closing, coordinate with the chef leadership team, and manage stock, safety, and hygiene practices.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervising experience in a QSR or full-service restaurant, strong communication, and a professional leadership style.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supervising in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for a full shift.
• 18+ years and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Food Manager Certificate as required by health departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per policy.
• Maintain stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor costs and ensure budget guidelines are followed.
• Ensure equipment is safe and in full working order.
• Conduct pre- and post-service briefings with staff.
• Model professional and ethical leadership; participate in training and development.
