Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Natick, MA to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-quality food and service. You will lead the restaurant team through opening, prep, and closing duties, coordinating with the chef leadership and other departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage orders, stock, and safety while supporting cost control. Open availability is expected for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervising in a restaurant or quick service setting.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
• Strong communication and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Willingness to mentor staff and deliver consistent service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments for quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with ordering.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and hygiene across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor operational costs and adhere to budgets.
• Ensure equipment is safe and functional.
• Brief front and back-of-house staff before and after service.
• Achieve operating and quality standards; exhibit professional leadership.
• Participate in training and development for staff.
