Job summary

Wonder is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Acton, MA to oversee our kitchen operations and ensure top-notch food quality and service for customers. You will lead the restaurant team through opening, prep, and closing duties, working with the chef leadership team and other departments to deliver exceptional experiences.

The role requires managing orders and deliveries, maintaining stock, upholding safety and sanitation standards, monitoring costs, and coaching staff to uphold Wonder’s service

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with the chef leadership team and other departments to ensure guests receive the highest quality of service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain communication with staff to ensure adequate stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas and schedules.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely and is in good working order.
• Conduct briefings with front- and back-of-house staff pre- and post-service.
• Meet operating and quality standards and present a professional leadership style.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development for restaurant staff.
