Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Natick, MA to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-quality food and service. The role requires leading the team during opening, prep, and closing, coordinating with leadership, and managing orders and stock with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will monitor costs, maintain equipment, and conduct pre-/post-service briefings while training staff and upholding professional standards.

Formación

• 1 year or more supervising in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the US.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for a full shift.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
• Food Manager Certificate required by local health departments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Manage stock, supplies, and ordering; communicate needs with staff.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene across back-of-house areas.
