Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee our Burtonsville kitchen operations and ensure top-quality food and service. You will lead the team through opening, prep, and closing duties, coordinating with the chef leadership team to deliver excellence.

Responsibilities include processing orders, managing stock, and enforcing safety and sanitation standards while monitoring costs. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, work nights, and participate in training and development programs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year supervising or leading team members in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail with efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team in service, opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
