Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Nanuet, NY to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top‑quality food and service for customers.

You will lead restaurant team members during opening, prep, and closing, work with the chef leadership team, and manage orders, stock, and safety standards. Overnight shifts include a $2.00/hour premium with benefits available. Position offers both full-time and part-time hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year supervising staff in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team during opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure quality service.
• Receive and process all kitchen orders and deliveries in line with company protocol.
• Maintain communication with staff to ensure adequate stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure budget guidelines are followed.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is safe and in working order.
• Brief front and back-of-house staff pre- and post-service.
• Uphold operating and quality standards and demonstrate professional leadership.
• Participate in training and development for restaurant employees.
