Wonder is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-quality food and service at our Stamford location. The role requires leadership of the restaurant team, coordination with chefs, and hands-on management of orders and deliveries.

You will ensure safety, sanitation, and efficiency across the back-of-house, monitor costs, and support overnight shifts. The company offers medical/dental/vision, 401K with match, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ year supervising in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Able to lead in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, detail-orientation, and efficiency.
• Professional demeanor and adherence to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team during opening, prep, and closing.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Process kitchen orders and deliveries in line with company protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen operational costs and ensure budget guidelines are followed.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and is in full working order.
• Perform briefings with front and back-of-house staff pre- and post-service.
• Ensure all operating and quality standards are met.
• Present a professional and ethical leadership style.
• Participate in training and development for restaurant employees.
