The role emphasizes proactive monitoring, incident handling, and strong problem-solving. You’ll support Windows environments, manage user accounts, and collaborate with a tight-knit team to deliver reliable 24/7 help desk coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support experience (MSP preferred).
• Strong Windows OS expertise and admin tasks.
• Experience with Active Directory, GPO, and user management.
• Solid networking fundamentals and security best practices.
• Able to communicate clearly with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain servers, workstations, backups, and network devices.
• Respond to alerts, diagnose issues, and provide timely resolution.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, patches, and security checks.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and lessons learned.
• Provide thorough handoffs and shift transition notes.
