Grapevine MSP Technology Services in Visalia, CA seeks an Onsite Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on IT help at client sites. You’ll troubleshoot laptops, printers, accounts, and everyday issues to keep customers productive.

You'll configure workstations, assist with Active Directory and Microsoft 365, document solutions, and escalate more complex problems. A customer-focused communicator with a calm demeanor will thrive here, with opportunities for growth and training.

Formación

• At least one year of real IT support experience or solid training.
• Comfortable diagnosing desktop issues in Windows environments.
• Basic networking and Active Directory understanding.
• Ability to explain technical problems to non-technical users.
• Self-sufficient to work alone on client sites but know when to ask for help.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site hardware, software, and connectivity support.
• Set up and configure new workstations, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage basic user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Document fixes clearly for future technicians.
• Escalate complex issues with detailed handoff notes.
• Follow security practices and keep client environments tidy.
