Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or comparable IT experience preferred.
• 12–24 months of computer operations, help desk, technical support, or related IT experience preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts.
• Must pass criminal background check and FBI-level background check for gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise systems and elevate issues as required.
• Assist with daily computer operations.
• Complete daily checklist tasks under supervision.
• Report system problems to the Senior Computer Operator or Supervisor.
• Track and document issues using a ticketing system.
• Assist with recovery activities needed to restore normal operations.
• Follow proper escalation procedures within Computer Operations and related departments.
• Provide support to senior computer operators as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
