Position Overview

We are hiring a Computer Operator I to support IT operations in a fast‑paced technology environment. This role is responsible for monitoring systems, following daily operational procedures, documenting issues, escalating problems, and supporting the Computer Operations team.

This is a strong opportunity for someone with an IT background, recent technical education, help desk experience, networking coursework, or early computer operations experience who is looking to gain hands‑on experience and grow in the IT field.

Schedule

This position will work 12-hour overnight shifts.

The schedule is:

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday

7:00 PM-7:00 AM

Candidates must be comfortable working overnight shifts, weekends, and a rotating Wednesday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise systems and elevate issues as required.
• Assist with daily computer operations.
