This role includes proactive monitoring of the computer operations environment, providing L1 support, and coordinating batch schedules. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in computer operations, possess good troubleshooting skills, and understand server and network concepts. The position requires working in shifts of 12.5 hours on a rotating basis with the responsibility of maintaining SLAs for the operations.
