Candidates should have 1+ year in hardware, networking, and Linux, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to work with Linux command-line tools, servers, and network devices.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of computer hardware experience.
• 1+ year of computer networking experience.
• 1+ year of Linux operating system experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with servers, network devices, computer hardware components, Linux command line, and network connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot server and network hardware issues.
• Perform hardware replacements and repairs.
• Diagnose infrastructure problems through root cause analysis.
• Support rack-and-stack activities and equipment installations.
• Work with Linux command-line tools and diagnostics.
• Maintain and support network devices and connectivity.
• Document troubleshooting activities and resolutions.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades and maintenance projects.
• Follow operational and safety procedures within the data center environment.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and operations teams to maintain uptime and reliability.
