Responsibilities

• Lead 3rd shift inventory team to safety, quality, and operational goals.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory to maintain accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, and material staging to support production.
• Safely operate forklifts and promote a safety-first culture.
• Maintain inventory transactions in ERP/WMS systems.
• Partner with production, purchasing, and logistics to ensure material availability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory processes.
