Job summary

You will coordinate with production planning, logistics, and planning teams to optimize routing, storage, and product movement, drive continuous improvement, and develop your team through coaching and performance management.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field and 3+ years in warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise, and coordinate teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, forecasting, warehousing, and distribution.
• Experience analyzing data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily warehouse and inventory operations to meet business objectives.
• Set clear priorities and guide team performance to achieve results.
• Monitor inventory levels, positioning, and product movement to support demand and production.
• Coordinate with production planning, transportation, and warehouse teams to optimize routing and distribution.
• Maintain and improve inventory system data, including lead times and forecasting inputs.
• Analyze inventory trends and performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and safety standards are understood and followed by the team.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, customer-focused team environment and support employee development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations and guidelines.
