Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years in inventory control, warehousing or materials management with leadership experience.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS (SAP/Oracle) and inventory accuracy processes.
  • Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support 3rd shift inventory team to meet safety, quality, and ops goals.
  • Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory activities to maintain accuracy.
  • Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, and staging to support production.
  • Safely operate forklifts and promote a safety-first culture.
  • Maintain inventory transactions in ERP and warehouse systems.
  • Partner with production, purchasing, and logistics to ensure material availability.
  • Drive continuous improvement to optimize processes and reduce waste.

You will be a key contributor to operational excellence by coordinating inventory transactions, conducting audits and cycle counts, resolving discrepancies, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Your Background

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of 3 years of inventory control, warehouse, or materials management experience, including leadership or lead experience.

  • Experience using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy processes.

  • Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification, with experience operating material handling equipment.

  • Strong communication, leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently on an overnight shift.
