Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse and powered industrial truck experience.
• Proven leadership or lead-person experience in a warehouse setting.
• Valid PIT certification or ability to maintain certification.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, push, pull, and reach during an extended shift.
• Willingness to work overtime and adjust priorities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary associate responsible for all forklift operations during the 3rd shift.
• Coordinate daily workloads and assign tasks to forklift operators.
• Supervise productivity, quality, accuracy, and safety performance.
• Train, coach, and mentor forklift operators on equipment operation and safety.
• Communicate shift goals and performance expectations to the team.
• Serve as the main point of contact for operational inquiries and issues.
• Maintain staffing coverage and workflow continuity for the shift.
• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, and inventory discrepancies to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
