Job summary

Target in North Richland Hills, TX is hiring an Inbound Expert to help guests, stock, and maintain a smooth sales floor. You will greet guests, locate items, resolve questions, and support teammates to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include keeping GM aisles stocked, operating handheld scanners, and handling merchandise safely. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, help guests find what they need, and end every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience.
• Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the salesfloor for GM categories.
• If certified, operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
