Job summary

Target is hiring an Inbound Expert in Texas to support guest services, maintain stock, and ensure fast, friendly shopping experiences. You will greet guests, assist with finding items, and collaborate with teammates to keep shelves stocked and pricing accurate.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to operate handheld scanners and cash registers, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment, including nights and weekends. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet: 10ft: be friendly – smile, make eye contact, or wave; 4ft: greet the guest, smile and initiate a warm interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience.
• Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the salesfloor for GM categories.
