Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to help guests with a friendly, efficient shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with locating products, and resolve questions quickly while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

This role requires teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to work across varying shifts, including nights and weekends. You will also support cashier functions, manage merchandise placement, and ensure accurate pricing and stock levels.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft zones with a friendly, warm interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the sales floor for GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment if certified and unload freight safely when needed.
