Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to support GM categories on the sales floor. You will greet guests, assist with finding items, and ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience across a fast-paced environment. The role requires a customer-first mindset, teamwork, and adaptability to varying shifts.

Expect to handle stock, maintain shelf availability, and assist in fast-moving operations while complying with safety and beverage laws where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
