Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to support guest service and store operations. You will greet guests, help locate items, and ensure accurate signage, pricing, and inventory on the sales floor.

This full-time, on-site role requires 18+ years of age, strong communication, physical stamina, and the ability to work varying shifts including nights and weekends. Training will build skills in guest experience, stock management, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Able to lift up to 44 pounds.
• Excellent guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and helping them find what they need.
• Maintain product availability and arrange merchandise on the sales floor.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and ensure accurate pricing/signage.
• Operate equipment if certified and assist with back-up cashier duties as needed.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a positive, respectful work environment.
