Qualifications

• Guest-first attitude with strong customer service.
• Physically active, able to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and store tech.
• Capable of independent work and collaboration with the team.
• Able to lift up to 44 pounds and handle shifting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Help guests locate items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every interaction with a thank you and support team efforts.
• Stock, organize, and straighten merchandise; ensure product availability on the floor.
