Job summary

Target is hiring for an Inbound Expert to support General Merchandise operations. You will ensure the store is stocked, priced, and presented to deliver a consistent guest experience. The role emphasizes friendly guest interactions, teamwork, and efficient routines to meet daily priorities.

This position requires staying active in a fast-paced environment, flexibility for varying shifts, and a commitment to safety and policy compliance while assisting guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft with a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
