Target is hiring an Inbound Expert to help guests enjoy a seamless shopping experience. You will greet guests, assist in finding products, and process transactions with courtesy.

The role involves physical tasks, standing for long periods, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. We value teamwork, agility, and a positive attitude as you support store operations, restock merchandise, and help guests with Drive Up or pickup services.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on handheld scanners and other technology devices as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by welcoming guests and assisting them to find what they need.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while staying positive and respectful.
• Sort, stock, organize and store reserve product on the sales floor.
• Operate equipment when certified and handle ESIM items per laws and regulations.
• Work safely and comply with policies; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive Up.
