Job summary

Target in Oregon is seeking an Inbound Expert to ensure accurate sorting, stocking and shelf presentation while maintaining product availability. You will support guest services, operate equipment, and help keep the GM and Food areas ready for customers.

The role requires a welcoming attitude, ability to work independently and in a team, and flexibility for nights, weekends and peak times. Training is provided to cover safety, compliance and store standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement.
• Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the salesfloor for GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle ESIM items in compliance with laws.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work safely; follow safety policies and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive up, and ensure compliance with laws.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to solve their needs.
• Thank guests and express appreciation for shopping Target.
