Target in Norman, OK is seeking an Inbound Expert to support the General Merchandise team by delivering a friendly, efficient guest experience and assisting with stocking, pricing, and merchandising. You will help guests find items, resolve issues, and contribute to a smooth shopping experience in a fast-paced store environment.

This hourly role requires 18+ and a welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.

Qualifications

Guest service fundamentals
Retail business fundamentals (sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency)
Executing daily/weekly workload to support priorities and goals

Responsibilities

Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them throughout the store
Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain a positive attitude
Support team efforts and help peers while staying compliant with safety and company policies
Sort, stock and organize merchandise and ensure product availability on the sales floor
Operate if certified powered equipment to unload freight and move merchandise
Process defective merchandise and handle ESIM items in compliance with laws
Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance at all times
Work safely, report hazards and assist with compliance across departments
Assist guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive Up while following policies
