Job summary

The ideal candidate should possess a High School Diploma or GED, with experience in homeless services and management in social services. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, conducting fire drills, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The role offers an hourly wage starting at $24.04.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in homeless services or related field.
• First Aid/CPR Certification upon hire or within 60 days.
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Residential Aide staff.
• Conduct Fire Drills and ensure safety procedures.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Management experience in social services

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Time management skills

Multi-lingual and Spanish proficiency

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred)
