Job summary

Goddard Riverside in New York City seeks a Residential Aide Shift Supervisor (RAS) for the Baxter Safe Haven program. You will supervise the Residential Aides and ensure safety, service quality, and smooth daily operations in a 75-bed transitional housing setting.

Working Sunday through Thursday 4:00 pm to 12:00 am, you will coordinate front desk coverage, support residents’ goals, and partner with program staff to provide case management services, meals, activities and security.

Qualifications

• Supervise Residential Aides team and ensure service quality.
• Maintain safety and welfare of residents, staff and facility.
• Coordinate daily operations and inspections of the safe haven.

Responsibilities
