The role requires coordinating weekends and overnights, ensuring policy compliance, and maintaining safety and service quality for residents.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in homeless services and strong English communication, CPR/First Aid, and Fire Safety coordination.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of verified homeless services experience can override education.
• 2+ years’ experience providing management services in social services or related fields.

Aufgaben

• Supervise Residential Aide staff and the site operations.
• Oversee weekend/overnight staffing and ensure coverage.
• Conduct fire drills and enforce fire safety guidelines.
• Manage client meals and ensure food safety compliance.
• Provide on-site training and feedback to staff and management.
• Maintain logs, reports, and site condition notices for DHS/OTDA.
