Job summary

Compass Housing Alliance, a division of Lutheran Community Services Northwest, seeks an experienced Program Manager for Cascade Women’s Program in Seattle. You will lead housing and supportive services, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care across planning, operations, and service delivery. The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decisions, and strong staff leadership.

Location is Seattle, WA. The role requires overseeing budgets, staffing, and program evaluation to meet funder

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in human services with homelessness or supportive housing, preferred.
• Minimum 2 years direct supervision/management of direct service staff, preferred.
• 2 years developing/ enforcing operating procedures; best practices for homelessness and poverty.
• Experience in outreach, case management and direct service delivery for homeless and low-income families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and management of the program, coordinating staff and resources.
• Ensure contracts/funder requirements are met and reporting is compliant.
• Develop and sustain partnerships with community organizations and landlords.
• Monitor program budgets, revenue, expenses, and financial performance.
• Maintain data collection systems and produce monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Foster a trauma-informed, client-centered service environment; support staff development.
