Job summary

Lutheran Community Services Northwest (LCSNW) Shoreline Veterans Center Main is seeking a Program Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight for a housing-focused program serving veterans in King County. The role balances direct service supervision with administrative duties, ensuring high-quality, client-centered services while maintaining HMIS compliance and strong community partnerships.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, crisis counseling support, and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a human services setting dealing with housing instability or supportive housing, mental health, substance use, employment insecurity, domestic violence.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in direct supervision/management of people.
• Current WA State Food Handlers Permit, preferred (If not current, will be sponsored within 1-month of hire).
• Valid WA driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a driving record that meets Compass standards.
• Meets LCSNW criminal background clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for program staff and oversee shift coverage.
• Coordinate daily program operations and liaise with partner services and funders.
• Oversee HMIS data quality, reporting, and compliance.
• Support case management, crisis counseling, and service delivery for residents.
• Assist with program development and policy enforcement, ensuring trauma-informed practices.
• Represent the agency in collaboration with Compass programs and community partners.
